The West Bend Power have signed ‘07 forward Ares Borkenstein for the upcoming 2026-27 hockey season.
Borkenstein spent this past season with Culver Military Academy in Indiana where he posted 16 goals and 12 assists tallying 28 points in 43 games played.
“Ares brings a relentless compete level, strong hockey IQ, and the skill to make plays at full speed,” Coach Jeremy Ebert said.
Ares Borkenstein takes the next step in his hockey journey after spending time at Culver Military Academy in Indiana. Having developed in one of the country’s premier prep hockey programs, Borkenstein brings a strong foundation and competitive drive that Power fans should be eager to see on display throughout the season.
“I chose the Power because I believe it is a great place for me to develop as a player and take the next step in my hockey career,” Borkenstein said. “I’m really excited to get to West Bend, compete with the team, and see what we can accomplish this season.”
