Open Your Door. Power a Dream.
Junior hockey runs on community — billet families give out-of-state players a home away from home in West Bend.
Our roster brings elite players from across North America to Kettle Moraine Ice Center. They can't chase a NA3HL dream without a dinner table, a quiet room, and a family that gives a damn.
Your home
A spare room, family meals, structure, and the kind of warmth that makes a teenager 800 miles from mom feel like they belong.
Their season
School, work, training, and game nights — players contribute to the household and grow into leaders on and off the ice.
Why billet families matter

We connect families with players for the full season — school, part-time work, hockey, and life skills.
Lifelong bonds
Host families tell us the same thing: they gained a son, a brother, and friendships that outlast the schedule.

What families say
Little did we know when we opened up our home to become a billet family that we would forever open our hearts to our 3rd son/brother. Billeting has been the best, most rewarding thing we've done as a family.
We have billeted amateur players for the past several years now. It has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Each young man has been a great addition to the family — super "big brothers" to both our hockey playing son and our non-sport playing son. It's been very rewarding sharing experiences on and off the ice.Power billet family
Our family has been billeting hockey players in the Milwaukee region for the last 5 years and it has been an incredibly positive experience for us. We have had the opportunity to share the intensive hockey experience with these exceptional young men and their families. We have built lifelong relationships and are thrilled to have been a positive influence in their hockey careers.Power billet family
Common questions
Do I need to live near the rink?

Thank you to our billet families
