The Milwaukee Power have re-signed forward and co-rookie of the year Nate Stone.
Stone was a late addition to the Power as he joined the roster in mid January. In his 20 games played he tallied six goals and nine assists for a total of 15 points. Three of his goals came on the power play, an area Milwaukee wants to continue to improve on going forward.
“We are thrilled to have Stone back with us for a full season,” said Kevin Marion, Power General Manager. “He is a strong player that filled a key center spot for us last season. With the experience he gained and what we have seen from him we expect to see big numbers this year.”
Stone is the sixth returner Milwaukee has signed to date. Having Junior experience on the roster can be vital to getting off to a good start this September as the Power look to make it back to the post-season.
