The course was led by Steven Bobowski, CEO of Dale Carnegie Eastern Wisconsin and Renee Martin, Vice President Business Development Dale Carnegie Training. Power players and staff engaged in one-on-one and group training and activities, while learning the communication fundamentals for building trust and sharing them across the team. The workshop course follows a cycle for growth and personal change valuable for leaders at any level.  All participants received certification accredited by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training, Inc.

“Providing opportunities for our players to learn and grow both on and off the ice is our signature and is important in helping develop not only good hockey players, but outstanding young men,” said Milwaukee Power Head Coach, Assistant General Manager John Mitchell.  The Milwaukee Power Signature reads “The Milwaukee Power is built for the most aspiring, dedicated, hardest working, character driven, coachable players looking to take their game to the next level.  Our purpose is to expose players to the best fundamental and consistent coaching, instruction, training, advice and education inside the NA3HL.  Our emphasis will always be about player development and advancement inside the sport of hockey, but ultimately preparing our players for the game of life.
