Power picks up road victory in Tomah

Nov 3, 2025

Heading to Tomah with some key players out, the Power faced the weekend with the “next man up” mentality and came away with a 6-1 victory, extending their winning streak to six games.

Jace Fitzgerald scored twice in the first period, and that was ultimately all the Power would need to secure the win.  Fitzgerald tallied goals 13 and 14 on the season at 8:05 off an Armani Fisher (2) assist and less than two minutes later off assists from Blake Kohnen (9) and Michael Maillette (1) for a 2-0 lead after one period of play.  Kohnen (3) scored the lone goal of the second period at 1:05 off a Quinn O’Connor (10) assist.  The Power added three more goals in the third period with an unassisted power play goal by Tristan Hearly (3), and empty net goals by Michael Maillette (1) and Quinn O’Connor (3).  O’Connor was assisted by Wyatt Garvey (2).  Nolan Mix spoiled the shutout with 3:24 remaining in the game for the Woodsmen’s only goal on the night.  Peter Burke earned the victory in the Power net, stopping 31/32 shots on goal. The Power had 37 shots on goal.

The Culligan Water of West Bend Power Player of the Weekend is Tristan Hearly.
