Power Announces New Strength & Conditioning Coach

Jul 23, 2024

The West Bend Power is very proud to announce the hiring of former professional hockey player, Jeff LoVecchio as our off-ice strength and conditioning coach.

A retired hockey player who played 10 professional seasons ranging from the AHL and overseas, LoVecchio developed a passion for helping others reach their strength and conditioning goals. LoVecchio is well established in the off-ice training industry and works with hundreds of clients worldwide to train with him via the mobile app, Train Heroic.

“Jeff’s passion and drive for developing and training high-level players was a perfect fit for the Power,” Vice President Greg Peterman said. “Both Jeff and the Power put development first, instilling a strong work ethic that we are excited to bring to our players and staff.”

LoVecchio looks to bring his knowledge and experience in the hockey world to the Power coaching staff as well bringing the boys hockey specific off-ice training and conditioning into the newly renovated gym at Kettle Moraine Ice Center.

“I am honored and excited to be working with the West Bend Power hockey club this offseason and during the 24/25 season,” LoVecchio said. “The club’s commitment to invest into their gym and off ice training program will help all of these players for years to come.”

Power fans please join us in giving Jeff a warm welcome to West Bend!
