Milwaukee Power forward Nate Stone has committed to NCAA Division III Gustavus Adolphus in the MIAC conference.
“Nate Stone leaves the Power as a decorated forward that became a fan favorite, hard worker and Top Prospect Player in the NA3HL. We are extremely proud of Nate and excited for his advancement as he joins Gustavus Adolphus Division III next season, as our goal here at the Power is to advance our players to the collegiate ranks,” said Vice President of Hockey Operations, General Manager Kevin Marion.
The 2003 Edina, MN native has played two seasons with the Milwaukee Power, playing in 65 games, tallying 21 goals and 30 assists. He played in 2 games as a 2022 NA3HL Top Prospect, scoring 2 goals and adding 1 assist.
“I am honored to have the opportunity to play D3 hockey at Gustavus while pursuing my academic career. I want to thank the Milwaukee Power organization for everything they have done for me. I can’t even begin to explain how much the coaching staff and front office has helped me and pushed me to become the person and player I am today. I also want to thank my billet family who has been nothing short of amazing since the first day I walked into their home, as they have been an integral part of my hockey journey and forever will be my second family,” said Stone.
Congratulations, Nate!
