The Milwaukee Power is proud to announce the commitment of Luke Nemeth to Waldorf University’s ACHA Division 1 program. Nemeth, a 2002 forward from Ames, IA came to Milwaukee in a trade with the Rochester Grizzlies this season. In 29 games for the Power, Nemeth has 21 points, tallying 8 goals and 13 assists.
“I could not be happier with the experience I’ve had here with the Milwaukee Power. I’m thankful for this opportunity and excited for my future with Waldorf in my hockey and education journey,” said Nemeth.
“It’s always an exciting time of the year for the organization. We couldn’t be more thrilled for Luke and his commitment to Waldorf. He came to us halfway through the season, in a trade from Rochester, and has been an integral part of our team. His championship mind set, experience, length, and size has galvanized our lineup. Waldorf is getting a good hockey player and great human. We wish him the best,” said Milwaukee Power Head Coach, Assistant General Manager John Mitchell.
Congratulations, Luke!
