The Milwaukee Power are proud to announce the commitment of goaltender Ty Barnhill to Indiana Tech’s ACHA Division I program next fall.
“I choose Indiana Tech because of the beautiful campus and the competitive hockey program,” said Barnhill. “My goal is to help the team qualify for the ACHA National Tournament.”
Barnhill appeared in 20 games for the Power this season making 17 starts. His most notable game of the year was a shootout win against his former team, the St. Louis Jr Blues, where he made 59 saves on 61 shots to collect his first win of the season.
“I’m very excited for Ty to move his game to the next level,” said Nate Eminger, Head Coach of the Power. “He was a key component to our team and a true competitor every time he touched the ice. I wish him the best as he continues his education at Indiana Tech.”
The Power wishes Ty the best as he goes on to the next stage of his hockey career.
