Power Sign Former MJA Goaltender

Aug 10, 2018

The Power continue their signing momentum by inking former Milwaukee Jr. Admirals goaltender Aaron Dickstein.

The Dayton, Ohio native has played for MJA's AAA U18 team for the past two seasons making 30 starts. His U18 career stats include a 2.31 goals against average and a 90.7% save percentage over the two seasons.

"Aaron Dickstein was our number one choice as our first tender because we have gotten to know him through the MJA organization and he is the epitome of what the standard is for a Power player on and off the ice that we are looking for here in Milwaukee. Dicky is a consummate professional who I am confident has the ability and the desire to league this organization between the pipes for this upcoming season. We expect great things from him and are looking forward to having him back in Milwaukee for another season," said Chase Ernst, Vice President of Hockey Operations.

Dickstein signed a tender with the Power before the NA3HL draft that happened on April 18th. By tendering Dickstein before the draft it gave the Power his rights to play in the NA3HL.

The Power are now up to eight players under contract with the season opener 28 days away. The Power's front office still has plenty of work ahead of them but stay tuned as there will be another player signing announcement on Monday next week.
