The Power have a home and home series this weekend with the Rochester Grizzlies. The Power come in with a (3-3) record and sitting in third place in the Central Division. The Grizzlies are (4-0) at the top of the division after beating the St. Louis Jr. Blues in all four games.
Milwaukee looks to keep the momentum going from this past weekend where they swept the Wausau RiverWolves with the offense leading the way putting up 11 goals over the two games. The Power have struggled with slow starts in the 1st period but had their best start last Saturday scoring two goals and letting in none in the opening frame. Keep an eye on Teddy Marion, Tyler Nelson, and Garrett Alton this weekend as they accounted for six of the Power’s goals against Wausau and look to keep the offense rolling.
This is the 2nd season for Rochester in the Central after winning the division last year by a margin of eight games. Expect the Grizzlies to come to the rink ready and rested to defend their top spot as they haven’t played a game since October 10th. Rochester is averaging less than two goals allowed a game and a scoring average just shy of four goals a game.
Don’t forget to join the Power at home this Saturday for Trick or Treat after the 1st period at Ozaukee Ice Center.
