The North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) is one of two USA Hockey-sanctioned Tier III junior leagues in the country. The NA3HL serves as a top training ground, providing coaching, exposure, and development for student-athletes pursuing college hockey and beyond.

The league is managed organizationally by the North American Hockey League (NAHL). Its primary mission is to provide a structured developmental environment for student-athletes who aspire to play at the NCAA level.
